98prk Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 98prk platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 98prk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 98prk after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 98prk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98prk strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Any account found to be held by or operated on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 98prk or on any responsible gaming register from which 98prk is bound to exclude you.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity — is prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 98prk account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person accesses your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 98prk support immediately.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date. Outdated contact information may prevent account recovery or delay transaction processing.
• Ensuring that funds deposited to your 98prk account are not derived from illegal activity.

98prk will never request your password through any support channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 98prk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98prk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Availability of specific methods is subject to change.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your 98prk balance are generally reflected within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. 98prk reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• KYC Requirements: Identity verification typically requires a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC and may require proof of address. Documents are processed securely and retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Disputed Transactions: Any dispute regarding a transaction must be reported to 98prk support within 30 days of the transaction date.

98prk is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider's systems, network outages, or banking maintenance periods.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 98prk are governed by the following general rules, as well as any specific rules applicable to individual game types or betting markets:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation.
• 98prk reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any form of manipulation may be voided at 98prk's sole discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. Any bet accepted during a period of market suspension is void.
• For casino games using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), the RNG outcome is final and binding. For live dealer games, the physical outcome determined by the dealer is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only, as defined in the specific promotion terms.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or automated betting to exploit promotions — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98prk Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create or operate an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aids to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information-based wagering.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that could constitute a criminal offence.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from technical errors are considered void.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents during the KYC process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 98prk Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 98prk or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from 98prk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98prk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

98prk does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

98prk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all account holders at all times via the account dashboard.

11. Account Closure

98prk reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account without prior notice if it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

98prk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform or via the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98prk is licensed to operate.
